Shipping Rates
- FREE shipping on all ink and toner orders over $100 (before tax).
- Standard shipping is $14.99 on electronics, including printers, scanners, multifunction printers, laptops, computers, and accessories.
Orders under $100 for ink and toner will be charged a standard flat shipping rate based on location and weight at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Western Canada: 1–3 business days
- Eastern Canada: 2–5 business days
- Remote locations: 3–7 business days
We use reliable national carriers and provide tracking numbers on all shipments.
Returns & Shipping for Refunds
If you need to return a product, please contact us at rma@gettoner.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returned packages must include your order number (ORD#) in the subject line or inside the return packaging.
