RETURN / REFUND / REPLACEMENT:


GetToner.ca has a worry-free guarantee on all toner & ink products. We offer and back all manufacturer and extended warranties on all products sold by our company.

For Defective Items - Customers are required to utilize any available manufacturer warranty provided by a manufacturer at the time of sale or as such outline by an extended warranty that may have been purchased from Get Toner for a given product. Customer are required to contact and deal with the manufacturer directly, as per the manufacturer's warranty process for any damaged or defective products.

Wrong Item / Compatibility Issues Customers are responsible for verifying printer compatibility before purchasing. If a product is ordered for an incompatible printer model, it is treated as a non-defective return: the item must be unopened, returned within 30 days, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Get Toner recommends using the compatibility information listed on each product page before ordering.


● The Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs for returned product (either purchased by mistake or no longer needed); Customers may return unopen items purchased product within 30 days from the date of purchase.


*There will also be a mandatory restocking fee of 25% for non-defective items.


For replacements, if the product was ordered incorrectly by the customer, it is the customers responsibility to cover the return costs; Standard restocking fee will apply

● Get Toner will provide RSL (unpaid return shipping label) to confirmed items within their specific warranty period, unless in special circumstances authorized by our customer service. Items must be returned within 30 days after the RSL is issued. If the RSL is not used within the 30 days after it was issued, we are not responsible to provide a new RSL; customers will be responsible for returning the items. Alternatively, customer can return products directly to our return warehouse address below via their own method:

*Refund and replacements are not issued until the product has been confirmed as returned to our warehouse by an authorized agent.

* No returns or exchanges on products which have been leased

● We are not able to provide Return Shipping Labels to Metro pickup orders and orders placed outside of Canada; such orders need an authorization from our customer service to return the product back to our warehouse for either a replacement or a refund.

 

CHANGING / CANCELLING ORDER:

● We suggest you email us immediately to cancel any order; Emails are not the fastest way for cancelling or editing an order. Since we want our customers to get their items as soon as possible, if the order is placed before noon (MST), they are usually processed on the same business day. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any shipping cost if any errors occur after shipping. orders@gettoner.ca


● Once an order has been processed by our warehouse you may not cancel or change your order. If an order is returned un-accepted or undeliverable a customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee


● If you have purchased the incorrect products, simply ask for a return authorization from our customer service team and, once the authorization confirmed, return the items to us to obtain a refund. (Shipping cost & restocking fee will be covered by the customer)

 

SHIPPING:

Get Toner offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States & Canada on all orders under 7lbs. For hardware, computers and printers we offer a flat rate of $14.99 for Standard Ground delivery.

By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. *Claims for packages marked as “delivered” must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last status update.

 

Additional Notes & Terms:

- Return shipping is not included in our "Free Shipping" offer.

- Minimum purchase of $100 pre-tax is required to qualify for 'Free Standard Shipping'; Items over 5kg are subject to shipping cost being charged

- Restocking fees will apply to any returns and to orders which are undeliverable.

* Please check order confirmation email. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report immediately to our customer service to update and make changes. If the problem is not notified in time and the order is in process or shipped out, the order must be returned to sender to either be resent or refunded (shipping fees will be applied)
