How does referral tracking work?
When you're approved as a partner, we'll set you up with a unique referral link or promo code. When a new customer uses your link or code to place an order, the sale is attributed to you. You'll be able to track your referrals and pending commissions through your partner dashboard.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are issued once a referred customer's order is confirmed and shipped. We process payouts on a monthly basis via e-transfer, PayPal, or cheque — whichever you prefer.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No limit at all. The more businesses you refer, the more you earn — and the faster you reach Active Partner status and the $200 milestone bonus.
What counts as a qualified referral?
A qualified referral is any new business or customer who has not previously purchased from GetToner.ca. Once they place their first confirmed order using your referral link or code, you earn your commission. Existing GetToner.ca customers do not qualify.
How do I upgrade to Active Partner status?
Once you've successfully referred 5 unique new customers — each having placed at least one confirmed order — your account is automatically upgraded to Active Partner. You'll receive a confirmation email and your commission switches to 3% ongoing on all future orders from your referred customers.
Do I need to be in sales or have a business to join?
Not at all. This program is designed for anyone — whether you're between jobs, building a side hustle, or simply have a strong network of business contacts. As long as you're 18+ and based in Canada, you're welcome to apply.
What is the $200 milestone bonus?
When you refer your 20th unique new customer, we'll pay you a one-time $200 cash bonus on top of your regular referral commissions. It's our way of saying thank you for being a dedicated partner.
