My experience was less then fun

My experience was less then fun. I found the ordering process confusing. I placed an order. Then I cancelled it because it appeared that I did not do the order correctly. Then I placed another order. Best Buy's system did not cancel the first order. Instead we received 2 products. Then we had to pay to ship one of the products back to Best Buy. Not fun. Would I order again online? Probably not.
